My Favorite Bud Brothers Series: Once In A Lifetime Love
The story goes like this:
Sabel is a psychologist major, living with her uncle and cousin;Lilly Rose. Lilly Rose have a BF named Monty. When Lilly and Monty decided to get wed, she brought Monty home so her dad and Sabel can meet him. Monty and Sabel’s first meeting turned comedy when Sabel tripped and rolled on the garden and Monty saw her jersey shorts under her long skirt. Sabel, who never had a boyfriend or a suitor since birth, thought Monty could be the guy of her dreams. But after she found out how Monty sees her(as a no-poise, geek, strong eater), she lost interest on him and thought of him as an arrogant, conceited jerk. One day, Lilly’s dad talked to Sabel; telling her that he doesn’t like Monty for Lilly. He said he don’t believe that Lilly and Monty are really inlove with each other, because he knows that Lilly is still inlove with someone else(her ex BF). So he asked Sabel to act like a real psyciatrist and gather data about Monty that they can use to break them up. Sabel refused at first but her uncle begged. Gathering data means Sabel had to spend a lot of time with monty; going wherever he goes. Ofcourse Monty thought it’s not neccesary for Sabel to always come along with him, but Sabel told him she’s just interested on his personal profile… to get to know him better since he will soon marry her only cousin. While taking a break, Sabel took her glasses off as she eats her muffin. Monty then realized that She actually look exactly just like his first love; Hannahlee. He told Sabel about this and Sabel thought it was funny and she asked, “So, you mean your first love is an ugly girl?” Monty said “No.” Sabel asked again,”But didn’t you say I look like her? Doesn’t that mean she’s ugly?” Monty again replied,”No. She’s pretty.” Sabel was speechless. As days passed, and the more time they spent together, the more they got to know each other and eventually feelings arouse. One day, Sabel asked Monty what his dream was the night before. He said, in his dream, he was making love with a chicken and it laid 5 eggs. Sabel asked when Hannahlee’s b-day is and Monty said May 5th(fifth day of the fifth month). Sabel then said Monty is still subconciously thinking about Hannahlee, so that means he doesn’t really love Lilly. Monty denied this and assured Sabel that he loves Lilly and he WILL marry her. But deep inside him, he knows and he wonders why eversince he met Sabel, the feelings he used to feel for Hannahlee started coming back. (By the way Sabel reports all this to her uncle) One day, Lilly’s dad came home with Leon(Lilly’s EX) to fulfill his plan on breaking up Monty and Lilly. Lilly was uneasy to have Leon in the house(because she realized that she really don’t love Monty because she still loves Leon). When Sabel first met Leon, she thought it was love at first sight. Monty noticed Sabel to be always looking at Leon and always preparing him food/drink. He then asked Sabel what he likes so much about Leon, when he’s better looking.(Notice, Monty is jealous) Sabel just ignores him. One day, Sabel found out that Lilly Rose and Leon made love behind Monty’s back. Sabel got mad at Lilly Rose; not because she made love with Leon, but because she felt bad for Monty. Lilly Rose then asked her,”Why are you so conrcerned with Monty?” Sabel then realized that she actually love Monty. Since Lilly Rose doesn’t know how to tell Monty what happened, she asked Sabel to help her out. Their plan was to make Monty love Sabel, so that when they tell him that Lilly and Leon are back together, it won’t hurt him. Lilly taught Sabel how to dress nicely and wear make up. First part of their plan worked. Monty was attracted to Sabel’s beauty(remember though, that Monty already subconsciously love Sabel even on her geeky look). But later on, he found out about what really is going on. He got really mad and he won’t even hear out Sabel; even after she pleaded on him. Days later, he realized just how much he loves Sabel and he couldn’t bear not to see her so he went back to their house. But he found out that Sabel just left for the US. Monty tried to chase her on the road but couldn’t. Just when he gave up, Sabel saw him and she stopped the car and ran to him. And just like any other beautiful ending, they got married. =)
